Nestled within the gated and secure Waterlands Village, this charming Garden Cottage offers a peaceful retreat for up to four guests. With over 175 m² (1,883 sq. ft.) of space, including the outdoor shower area and covered porch, this cottage is designed for comfort and relaxation.

The spacious living room seamlessly connects to the porch, which is just 70 meters from the water’s edge, offering easy access to the ocean. The fully equipped kitchen is separated from the living area by a convenient bar/countertop. It features a large stainless steel refrigerator with an ice maker, air fryer, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, cooking utensils, glassware, and dishes.

The expansive master bedroom opens directly onto the porch and features a king-size bed with mosquito netting, as well as access to the outdoor shower area. The second bedroom also opens onto the porch, providing a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience.

Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, and the living room also features air conditioning. Ceiling fans are installed throughout the living room, kitchen, and porch, ensuring optimal airflow, with a total of five fans throughout the cottage.

The cottage includes two bathrooms and a safe for securing valuables, adding an extra layer of convenience and peace of mind.
