Most of our long-term homes are in Hato and Santa Barbara, close to Kralendijk. The rent is per month in US dollars. Each listing states what is included, such as internet, and whether water and electricity are extra.
The minimum term is usually one year. The deposit is one or two months' rent, depending on the home. Most homes do not allow pets, and a few allow them after consultation.
