Happy Homes Bonaire has more than 10 years of experience in rentals. We rent out holiday homes at Waterlands Village, Water Villas, Port Bonaire, Belnem and on the west coast, and long-term homes in Hato and Santa Barbara. At Waterlands Village alone we rent out eight homes.
We are on the island, so when something breaks or a guest needs help, someone is there. Guests can reach our emergency line 24/7, which means small problems get solved before they grow.

- Bookings and guest contact
We answer booking requests and stay in touch with guests before and during their stay, including the question whether they want to be picked up at the airport.
- Check-in and welcome
Caprice or her team welcomes your guests, explains the house and answers their questions about the island.
- Cleaning
We arrange cleaning between stays and, when you want it, during longer stays.
- Maintenance
We keep an eye on the house and arrange repairs when something breaks, so the home stays in good shape for the next guest.

Your home gets its own page on our website, with photos, a description and the rates.
- Long-term tenants
For monthly rentals we ask tenants for a rental reference, a recent payslip and an employer statement before they sign.
