A one-bedroom house for two in Waterlands Village, set in a garden full of palms. You have a covered veranda, a private patio with an outdoor shower and the shared pool of the village.
Casa Tranquila is a house for two in the gated Waterlands Village. A path through the garden, past oleander, aloe and palms, leads to the covered veranda.
The bright living room has a high beamed ceiling and sliding doors that open onto the garden. It flows into the open kitchen, which has everything for breakfast before you head out or a relaxed dinner at home: a dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, air fryer, coffee maker, kettle, blender and a fridge with freezer and ice maker. The bedroom has a king-size four-poster bed, and the bathroom has a double vanity.
After a day of exploring the island, you can swim in the shared pool of the village. Behind the pink garden wall is your own patio with an outdoor shower and a lounger.

- Payment
- You pay 25% of the total when you book. The remaining 75% is due 40 days before arrival. You can pay by credit card or bank transfer. Bank and card fees are for your account.
- Deposit
- On arrival day we place a hold of USD 250 on your credit card. It is released 3 days after departure, minus any damage or extra costs. If the hold does not work, you pay the deposit in cash or by bank transfer on arrival.
- Cancellation
- Prepayments are non-refundable. If you cancel more than 40 days before arrival, the 25% you paid is kept. Within 40 days of arrival the full amount is due. Cancel by email, and take out travel insurance that covers cancellation.
- Water and electricity
- Water and electricity are costly on Bonaire, so they fall under a fair-use policy. Most homes include USD 15 per 24 hours. Use above that amount is charged at check-out. Homes with a different arrangement say so in their house rules.
