A modern four-bedroom villa on the ocean in Punt Vierkant, Belnem. It has an infinity pool, an outdoor kitchen, direct access to the sea and a 4x4 pickup truck included in the price.
Kas Alegria stands among the oceanfront homes of Punt Vierkant in Belnem, in the south of the island. It has four bedrooms and three bathrooms for up to eight guests, which makes it a good fit for families and groups.
The terrace wraps around an infinity pool that looks out over the ocean. There is a large gazebo with a shaded lounge and a second, outdoor kitchen, so dinner happens outside. From the terrace you see the Caribbean Sea, Klein Bonaire, the bay of Kralendijk and the salt hills. At sunset you may spot dolphins, and you can step into the sea straight from the property.
Inside, every bedroom has air conditioning. The kitchens are fully equipped, the bathrooms have showers and hairdryers, and the living room has a JBL sound system. A 4x4 pickup truck with automatic transmission, air conditioning and a tank rack is included, so you load your dive tanks and go.

- Payment
- You pay 25% of the total when you book. The remaining 75% is due 40 days before arrival. You can pay by credit card or bank transfer. Bank and card fees are for your account.
- Deposit
- On arrival day we place a hold of USD 250 on your credit card. It is released 3 days after departure, minus any damage or extra costs. If the hold does not work, you pay the deposit in cash or by bank transfer on arrival.
- Cancellation
- Prepayments are non-refundable. If you cancel more than 40 days before arrival, the 25% you paid is kept. Within 40 days of arrival the full amount is due. Cancel by email, and take out travel insurance that covers cancellation.
- Water and electricity
- Water and electricity are costly on Bonaire, so they fall under a fair-use policy. Most homes include USD 15 per 24 hours. Use above that amount is charged at check-out. Homes with a different arrangement say so in their house rules.
