A new ground-floor apartment on the Laguna Marina at Water Villas, with its own jetty for a small boat. The large pool is shared by only six villas, and Te Amo Beach is a few hundred meters away.
Kas Cocoloco is part of a small group of six villas within the Water Villas Bonaire resort. It has more space and privacy than the main resort units, and the large pool is shared by those six villas only.
The apartment is on the Laguna Marina, a man-made lagoon with direct access to the Caribbean Sea. It has a private jetty for a small boat and storage for water sports gear. Inside are an open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms, with air conditioning throughout. The living area opens onto a covered porch and a landscaped garden with a view of the lagoon. The apartment is wheelchair accessible.
Te Amo Beach and Donkey Beach are a few hundred meters away and downtown Kralendijk is a 3-minute drive. Kite and windsurfers reach Sorobon and Atlantis Beach in 8 minutes by car.

Water and electricity are costly on Bonaire, so they fall under a fair-use policy. Most homes include USD 15 per 24 hours. Use above that amount is charged at check-out. Homes with a different arrangement say so in their house rules.
