A Mediterranean-style villa on the sea with direct ocean access, a house reef and a private heated pool. Two bedrooms with their own bathroom, and a studio next door for a larger group.
Oceanfront Home 45A is one of the few villas on Bonaire with direct access to the ocean. The house reef is right behind the house and well-known dive sites are nearby. After a swim you rinse off in the outdoor shower and sit down in a private nook carved into the cliff, with nothing but sea in front of you.
The villa has two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, plus a guest toilet, for up to four guests. For a larger group you can add the fully equipped studio on the property, with a kitchen, a double bed and a small bathroom. The studio is only rented together with the villa.
You have the lower half of the villa, all outdoor spaces and enclosed private parking to yourself. The owners' rooms upstairs stay empty during your stay. Outside are a private heated pool, a hot tub, an oceanfront gazebo, a covered porch with a gas BBQ, a garden and bicycles.

- Payment
- You pay 25% of the total when you book. The remaining 75% is due 40 days before arrival. You can pay by credit card or bank transfer. Bank and card fees are for your account.
- Deposit
- On arrival day we place a hold of USD 250 on your credit card. It is released 3 days after departure, minus any damage or extra costs. If the hold does not work, you pay the deposit in cash or by bank transfer on arrival.
- Cancellation
- Prepayments are non-refundable. If you cancel more than 40 days before arrival, the 25% you paid is kept. Within 40 days of arrival the full amount is due. Cancel by email, and take out travel insurance that covers cancellation.
- Water and electricity
- Water and electricity are costly on Bonaire, so they fall under a fair-use policy. Most homes include USD 15 per 24 hours. Use above that amount is charged at check-out. Homes with a different arrangement say so in their house rules.
